Do you sell by the bag or the tonne?
No, all products are sold by the tonne for accurate quantities and better value. If you’re unsure how much you need, we can help you calculate it.
Can I view materials before purchasing?
Absolutely — visit our yard during opening hours to see colours, textures and sizes in person.
Do you deliver?
Yes — contact us on 03 9782 2444 to arrange delivery or discuss pricing and availability.
Delivery & Access
Is there a minimum delivery order?
Minimums vary by truck size and material. Tell us your job details and we’ll advise the most suitable option.
How much notice do I need to book a delivery?
24–48 hours helps secure your preferred time, but we’ll always try to fit urgent jobs in sooner.
Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Order by phone, email or in person at our yard.
What payment methods do you accept?
EFTPOS, credit card, cash and direct deposit for approved accounts.
Do you offer trade accounts?
Yes. Trade and business customers can apply — contact our office for an application form, or download one directly from our website.
Opening Hours & Pickup
What are your opening hours?
Mon–Fri: 6:00 am – 5:00 pm
Sat: 6:00 am – 12:00 pm
Sun: Closed
Are you open on public holidays?
We’re closed most public holidays. Check our Google Business page or socials for updates before long weekends.
Do I need to book ahead for pickup?
No, make sure you attend within operation hours and we are happy to load you.
General & Technical
How do I work out how many tonnes I need?
Tell us your area and depth. We’ll calculate the volume and convert it to tonnes using the material’s density.
What safety rules apply on site?
Please stay in your vehicle during loading and follow staff directions. Safety is our top priority.
